Biological Sampling

Once an individual has been measured it can be automatically targeted for more detailed sampling, otoliths, fin clips, morphometrics, parasites etc.  The targeting can be based on items from the meta-data or a pre-defined stratum (geographic, temporal, bathymetric or anything else you can put a label on).  The targeting can be based on individual sizes or groups of sizes with different target numbers for different sizes
